Does anyone know what they are doing at 4th street near the railroad tracks in Brighton (Livingston County, Michigan)?

In case your not familiar with this, a while back the The Livingston Community News had an article about a new condo going in on Fourth Street near the railroad tracks in Brighton, MI. There is currently an industrial building there on the lot and we assumed it would be torn down. Also, across the street there was a planned two story condo unit(s) going in.

We have not seen any pictures of what is proposed and the existing building on one of the lots is not being torn down but instead the door openings are being redone and windows are being replaced. Some door ways are being blocked in competely. So the question is, if they plan on making a two story condominium there, what is it going to look like? Or are there other plans for the site we are not aware of?
